Main Duties:

  1. Process incoming payments and accurately record them
  2. Manage bank statements and vendor records
  3. Perform daily scanning duties
  4. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks
  5. Verify accuracy of outgoing checks
  6. Reconcile bank transactions

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting or administration required
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
