Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Sales: Provide primary service to clients, review their product needs, and cross-sell appropriate bank products to meet branch goals.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Coach, motivate, and provide ongoing training to branch staff on referrals, bank products, client experience, and customer excellence.
  • Staff Management: Manage, coach, and motivate staff, handle complex service issues, and ensure compliance with bank policies.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community activities to network with clients and potential clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in business or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two to three years' experience in banking or related management position, with additional supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proven sales and leadership abilities, demonstrated organizational skills, and computer proficiency required.
