Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales and customer service professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
