Job Summary
We are in search of a motivated Location Manager to become part of our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility. You will apply management principles to ensure financial success, safeguard assets, and convey the company’s mission and objectives to both staff and the community.

- Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Engage with key referral sources and manage important accounts
- Provide in-service training for staff on products, communication techniques, third-party payer processes, and other relevant topics to enhance service quality
- Conduct physical inventory as necessary
- Build a Customer Service Representative (CSR) team to improve telemarketing skills and identify customer needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations
- Develop at least one employee annually for potential management roles
- Ensure compliance with company inventory standards
- Procure necessary documentation for reimbursement in a timely manner
- Conduct annual evaluations of each employee and set goals for the upcoming year
- Act on reports and recommendations from authorized inspection agencies
- Interview and hire staff as needed, focusing on attracting the best candidates
- Introduce and implement a quality improvement program to meet company and accreditation standards
- Maintain a comprehensive binder of newsletters and policy correspondence from the Billing Department
- Update and maintain all operational manuals and establish processes for compliance evaluation
- Foster ongoing communication with company staff, the Billing Department, senior management, and corporate staff as required
- Oversee materials procurement and distribution
- Monitor and manage company assets at both the facility and in client homes
- Cultivate a positive relationship with the Billing Department
- Supervise operational expenses to align with established revenue limits
- Review the marketing plan and budget on a monthly basis
- Track accounts receivable aging reports to meet financial goals
- Participate in regional/local meetings as requested
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- May require on-call duties, driving a company vehicle, and delivering to patients' homes
- Perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Employment is contingent on:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable)
Required Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience in Home Medical Equipment (HME), Home Health Industry, or Business
- Experience with medical equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with medical billing practices and reimbursement processes is preferred
- Background in the medical field and administrative record management is preferred
- A minimum of four years of related work experience is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to interpret various forms of communication (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening, and visual)
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organized, and skilled in time management and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in email communication and internet navigation
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Competent in using office equipment including fax machines, copiers, printers, and computers/tablets
Physical Demands:
- Lifting may be required
- May involve on-call duties, driving a company vehicle, and delivering to patients' homes
- Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking, and listening
- Requires close vision for reading small print on computers and paperwork
