Position Overview
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will oversee all aspects related to patient access across various Ambulatory Care settings. Your responsibilities will encompass patient check-in and check-out procedures, registration tasks, insurance verification, and referral assessments.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct active account verification and ensure accurate patient demographic data entry.
- Schedule new and follow-up appointments, as well as lab and diagnostic services, including chemotherapy treatments, through direct patient engagement and electronic scheduling systems.
- Rotate assignments across all service points within the department, mastering specific processes relevant to each situation.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a related field; experience in a fast-paced, professional customer service environment may be considered alongside healthcare experience.
