Job Overview

Morgan Truck Body LLC is a leading manufacturer of truck bodies, celebrating its 70th anniversary in the industry. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Body Painter Specialist to join our team.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range of $21.00 - $25.41 per hour, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance. Job Responsibilities

The Automotive Body Painter Specialist will be responsible for painting and preparing trucks to customer specifications at a high level of skill and quality. This includes:

  • Painting full bodies, chassis, cabs, trailers, and tractors
  • Operating tools such as Cup Gun, Pressure Pot, Plural System, and Airless Sprayer
  • Spraying all colors as determined by work order/customer
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders
  • Setting up and performing preventative maintenance on tools and machines
  • Performing safety and quality checks

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills
  • Basic experience with paint tools
  • Able to understand and comprehend measurement
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints for special applications
