Position Summary

The Inventory Management Project Coordinator will be responsible for orchestrating the project, determining the necessary number of inventory specialists for effective execution, and managing the project at client facilities within a healthcare environment. This role involves ensuring alignment between RigServ and client expectations while facilitating clear communication among the project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the physical inventory counting activities in accordance with RIGSERV protocols at healthcare client locations.
  • Utilize computerized systems to ensure precise tracking of all materials stored.
  • Conduct regular reporting through RIGSERV applications and the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Lead meetings to discuss inventory outcomes with clients and RIGSERV management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices throughout all project activities.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and third parties as necessary for project requirements.
  • Document lessons learned, best practices, and opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in materials or asset management.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Immediate availability is required.
