Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, improving economic profitability, and increasing customer loyalty.

About the Role

This is a remote position in the Diagnostics Division, where you'll work with key strategic customer accounts to drive business growth and retention. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Improving customer satisfaction to drive retention rates and increase value expansion opportunities
  • Resolving customer issues and supporting operational business reviews with key lab contacts
  • Assessing customer operations and identifying opportunities for operational/service improvement
  • Working with Enterprise Account Managers to renew business early or extend contract to block the competition
  • Developing and executing existing account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and drive value expansion opportunities

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. A degree in Bio Medical, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Medical Technology, or Commercial is preferred. You'll also need to be able to work effectively in a remote environment and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
