**Job Summary:**

A challenging role has become available for a highly skilled Support Engineer III, Device OS to join our team at Amazon. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving complex issues related to our device software.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide operational and initial debugging support to CI (continuous integration) and SCM Dev Teams.
  • Investigate failures that may arise during the CI Process (Build, Flash, Test) in the CI Live and CI STU environments.
  • Develop rules for tests that apply STU promotions on software builds, as well as identify and debug any issues that may arise during the CI STU test runs and manage promotions on SW builds.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of software development or 2+ years of technical support experience.
  • Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
