We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Cannabis Product Specialist to join our team at 4Front Ventures. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our product tracking and labeling processes.
Key Responsibilities- Product Labeling and Tracking: Create and distribute label templates for all production departments, ensuring language and packaging compliance.
- Seed-to-Sale Software Management: Process and complete all product conversions using multi-feature seed-to-sale software (METRC) and internal inventory tracking software (Dutchie, Backbone, or similar).
- Regulatory Compliance: Adapt to new software programs and processes quickly and accurately, and ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures in accordance with state and local regulations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with all Department Managers to ensure all SOPs are up-to-date and in compliance, and conduct daily and monthly audits of raw and packaged products throughout the manufacturing stages.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in production, inventory, systems management, or a related field.
- Cannabis Industry Experience: Prior experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Skills: Basic math, organizational, and computer skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour, experience dependent.
