Cultivation Technician

PharmaCann LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cultivation Technician to join our team in the Post Harvest department. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for executing daily tasks with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring the highest quality of our cannabis products.

• Break down harvested plants and process dried product for packaging
• Operate machinery to trim, sort, and touch-up product
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
• Assist in data entry and reporting for harvested and processed plants
• Ensure accurate and legible logging of spreadsheets and labels

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-1 years of experience in a related industry or work environment
• Attention to detail, initiative to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Commercial cannabis experience (at least 6 months)
• Experience working in a related industry or work environment
• Ability to create, utilize, and modify electronic documents
