Maintenance Manager Job Description

The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance program for our mobile equipment, plants, and facilities in Blytheville, AR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with steel mill personnel, vendors, and other management teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget and business plan.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or construction environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and ability to implement related programs and controls.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to train, support, and coordinate maintenance personnel.
  • Ability to understand and use financial data for decision-making.
  • Management experience and computer skills with Microsoft Office products.
