About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ebenezer's Jones-Harrison Senior Living community in Minneapolis, MN. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and health needs of our residents are met.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate personal care services to ensure consistency with individual care plans
  • Coordinate medications and perform treatments as per physician orders and facility policies
  • Assess care plans, resident goals, and revise as needed
  • Provide reports and documentation related to incidents, changes in status, and care provided
Requirements
  • Current MN RN/LPN license or by start date
  • BLS certification required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof of enrollment in a BLS class to renew or obtain certification
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
  • Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and physicians or providers
