The Restaurant Kitchen Equipment Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants. This position requires a skilled technician who can troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with company safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoots equipment and performs carpentry and plumbing tasks as needed.
  • Installs new equipment and maintains parts inventory.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and manages work orders to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Reports on repair work status, schedule, and budget.
  • Liaises with third-party vendors and reviews their work.

  • HVAC State Certified License (preferred).
  • State-licensed Mechanical Contractor or Journeyman's license preferred (required in Oklahoma).
  • Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) Certification (preferred).
