Job Details
  • Salary: $34-$36 per hour
  • Location: Seattle, WA
  • Shift: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
  1. Prepare Work for Assembly: Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials according to assembly instructions and blueprint specifications.
  2. Assemble Components: Examine connections for correct fit, fasten parts and subassemblies, and ensure quality standards are met.
  3. Conserve Resources: Utilize equipment and supplies judiciously to achieve job results while minimizing waste.
  4. Document Actions: Complete production and quality forms to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience as an Assembly Mechanic, preferably with a strong background in working with gearboxes.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel for effective communication with coworkers and customers.
  • Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Extensive Mechanical/Machine Shop Experience: Knowledge of equipment maintenance, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures.
