Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician Assistant Position

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. As a Physician Assistant in this role, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical care and support to patients with complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
