Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development and AI Team Manager to lead our team of talented developers and engineers.

About the Role

  1. Leverage your expertise in software development and AI to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish.
  2. Mentor and guide a team of Software Developers and AI Developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  3. Contribute as an individual contributor to software development and AI development projects, applying your technical expertise to drive innovation.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact between the development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  5. Regularly review team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.
  6. Efficiently allocate resources across projects to optimize productivity and meet project goals.
  7. Foster a positive team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.
  8. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  9. Ensure the quality of software and AI solutions by implementing and overseeing best practices for testing and code reviews.
  10. Encourage and drive innovation within the team, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and technologies.
  11. Facilitate collaboration between the two teams to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts.
  12. Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, helping them develop their skills and careers.
  13. Design and implement database solutions across various platforms.
  14. Develop and implement AI and machine learning models to solve complex problems.
  15. Manage data effectively, applying strong database management skills.

About You

  1. You have at least 3 years of experience working in a Software or AI team, with a proven track record of leadership and technical expertise.
  2. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  3. You possess strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React and Next.js.
  4. You are an expert in backend development using C++ and JavaScript.
  5. You have experience with mobile app development for iOS and/or Android.
  6. You are proficient in using Git for version control.
  7. You have a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  8. You have experience in designing and implementing database solutions.
  9. You have demonstrated ability to develop and implement AI and machine learning models.
  10. You have strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage data effectively.
  11. You have excellent project management skills, with experience in overseeing project delivery from start to finish.
  12. You have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
  13. You have experience in performance monitoring, feedback, and team development.
  14. You have the ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  15. You have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  16. You have a collaborative mindset with the ability to facilitate teamwork and coordinate efforts between multiple teams.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company is dedicated to enhancing human productivity through AI, and we believe that our team is the key to driving innovation and success.
