Job Title: Exterior Signage Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Exterior Signage Project Manager to join our team at gpac. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering successful signage projects. Your extensive knowledge of the commercial signage industry and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential in ensuring the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and design professionals to establish project objectives, timelines, budgets, and scope.
* Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements efficiently.
* Source and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality materials and services.
* Oversee the installation, fabrication, and production of signage projects.
* Implement strict quality control measures to ensure that the final signage products meet or exceed client expectations.
* Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
* Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or changes.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the commercial signage industry.
* Strong understanding of signage materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
