Project Manager

As a Project Supervisor at First Onsite, you will partner with leadership to understand, evaluate, develop, and execute scopes of work. Your attention to detail ensures successful project execution. You manage, support, and assist crews by working together with management to overcome challenges. Your organizational skills shine as you maintain meticulous job activity paperwork and inventories.
You maintain change orders and proactively monitor project budgets, profit margins, and project schedules, allowing you to provide updates and address any risk of a project not meeting targets in advance.
Your ability to respond 24/7 and maintain accurate records will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations.
As a Project Supervisor, you and the crew provide a positive experience to clients during their time of need, and your hard work provides reassurance that First Onsite is the only restoration partner they'll ever need.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, schedule, and organize all aspects of a project from materials handling to final completion
Demonstrate ability to motivate and supervise staff, both employees and contractors
Maintain basic knowledge of local, state, and federal code requirements
Possess basic computer skills - MS, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook (Emails)
On-call, hourly position with no guarantee on the number of hours worked
Must be able to work overtime, on weekends and able to respond 24/7
Travel may be required
