Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Orchid Lansing & Memphis. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct project teams to meet objectives, manage scope, and ensure clear communication
  • Organize and guide project operations, including engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and project closure
  • Actively manage business cases, cost/benefit analysis, and project budgets
  • Identify and negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives
  • Maintain multi-functional team relationships, ensure clear scope, and manage scope change, communication, issues, and risks
  • Monitor project financial performance, maintain quality, delivery, and service within the proposed budget
  • Develop extensive project management controls for complex projects
  • Provide performance feedback to project team participants and act as the customer's point of contact
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of project leadership experience, including 1-2 years of management of complex projects
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
