Salary

We are offering a competitive salary for this role, estimated at $93,000 - $118,000 per year, based on experience and location in Wilmington, NC. This amount includes potential sign-on bonuses up to $15,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,500.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team at Novant Health, establishing an authentic personalized relationship with patients and their support systems. Collaborating with physicians and other team members, the nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care plans that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death. With compassion and evidence-based practice, the nurse helps patients navigate their health journey. The nurse accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for managing and providing care in accordance with current policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • A valid North Carolina nursing license.
  • One year of relevant experience, preferably in a neurosurgical setting.
