Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures among team members.
  • Assist in managing inventory and coordinating deliveries efficiently.
  • Conduct inspections of all incoming deliveries and address any discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain high standards for film presentation, including adherence to projection procedures and timely repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred management experience of at least 1 year.
  • Strong guest service skills are essential.
  • Experience in the movie theatre industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Must be available during peak operational hours.
