Aerospace Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Inside Sales Representative to join our team at PINAIR TECH CORP. in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-volume data entry and manage customer accounts with precision and accuracy.
  • Review, prepare, and process incoming quote requests via phone, email, and selling platforms, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Source parts through search engines such as ILS and other business relationships, updating inventory and capabilities on all selling platforms.
  • Understand and comply with traceability requirements and FAA regulations as they relate to surplus, new, and new surplus and overhauled parts.
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 25 years of experience in system portals data entry, preferably in the aerospace industry, with expertise in Quantum Component Control.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office proficiency and strong customer service skills to provide top-notch service in diverse situations.
  • Ability to multitask, identify process issues, and drive process improvement.
  • Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise, and problem-solve.
  • Demonstrated mastery of technical knowledge of aviation components and current supply chain management, sales, and inventory control principles.
Field Of Study/Area Of Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Aerospace/Aviation After-Market Sales, or a combination thereof.
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 2 years of experience.
  • U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR, with a strong understanding of International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
