About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical/Chemical Engineer to join our client's team in the Portland, OR area. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and a Professional Engineering (PE) license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in design and plant operations, with a strong understanding of industry standards and policies.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in design and plant operations.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license with the ability to obtain similar licenses in other states.
  • Strong proficiency in design and computational software relevant to the field.
