Lead a Team of Nursing Professionals

As a Registered Nurse Charge Nurse at the Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to lead an interdisciplinary team of nursing professionals in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your leadership skills and clinical expertise will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of care and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Supervise and guide nursing staff to deliver high-quality care and promote professional growth
Oversee facility operations, safety, and compliance to nursing policies and regulations

Qualifications:
Valid state nursing license
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
Strong clinical, leadership, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
