Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RN Evening Supervisor to lead our interdisciplinary team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and maintaining compliance with nursing policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and guiding nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
  • Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Requirements:

  • Valid state RN nursing license
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or certification
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting
