Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Therapy Network. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process charges for accuracy and submission to carriers
  • Provide primary point of contact for staff regarding coding and reimbursement issues
  • Work closely with Patient Navigators and Clinic Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and recognition
  • Monitor and workflow reports in a timely manner
  • Process patient statements and review bad debt accounts
  • Specialize in Workers Compensation reimbursement and processing, including carrier appeals and work with the Commission
  • Maintain Super User status on EMR and Billing systems
  • Conduct medical chart reviews for coding compliance
  • Continuously monitor revenue flow to identify areas of concern and improvement
  • Maintain specialty billing knowledge and implement new procedures as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of medical billing office work experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Physical Therapy billing
  • Experience with Workers Compensation claims
  • Experience with PI claims
