  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets.
  • Analyze production capacity and resource constraints to optimize resource utilization.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track production performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and improve overall departmental performance.
Requirements
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to understand and execute MRP and MPS methodologies.
  • Expertise in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing project planning experience required.
Education and Experience
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years successful scheduling experience in manufacturing.
