Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the surgeon and surgical team during procedures by providing necessary supplies, instruments, and equipment.
  • Maintain proper sterile technique during procedures to ensure patient safety.
  • Work closely with the surgical team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completion of a surgical technology program accredited by the CAAHEP or ABHES, or equivalent experience.
  • Active certification by the NBSTSA, JCAHPO, or NCCT.
  • Ability to maintain proper sterile technique and follow surgical protocols.
