Providence Health & Services is seeking a Per Diem RN - Pre-op and PACU Nurse to join our team at Providence Seaside Hospital. As a Per Diem RN, you will work on a day shift and provide exceptional patient care in our Pre-op and PACU department.

About the Role

This per diem part-time position requires a Registered Nurse with a strong background in pre-op and PACU care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person care to our patients. As a Providence caregiver, you will apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-op and PACU care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide high-quality patient education
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
