About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Practice Manager to join our team at Martins Point Health Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical practice, ensuring that we provide high-quality patient care and meet our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of our medical practice
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure strategic objectives are met
  • Provide guidance and oversight to mid-level providers
  • Foster a culture of excellence in patient care

Requirements:

  • Board certification as MD or DO
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state(s) in which the physician is assigned to work
  • DEA license
  • BLS Certified
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong learning agility and emotional intelligence

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $290,000 - $340,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
