Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse II - Ambulatory role at Maine Medical Center uses professional nursing processes to assess the needs of patients and families calling or presenting for care in the physician office. The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide education to patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program
- A valid RN license in the state of Maine (or eligibility for licensure)
- At least one year of relevant experience in a similar setting
