Customer Service Ambassador

As a Guest Services Representative with Hamister Group, you will be the face of our Residence Inn, Columbus, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.
This role operates in a fast-paced, professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment and technology. You will be responsible for maintaining strong personal connections with guests, colleagues, and management, while multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Manage guest requests, including room amenities and services.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Process payments and handle cash handling responsibilities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
