Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Patient Support Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from patients and healthcare providers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the patient experience and improve team efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to management on team performance, customer satisfaction, and process metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school or specialized training preferred.
  • Experience: Six months of call center experience and six months of administrative duties experience required; pharmacy or medical experience desired.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment

This position is in a typical office environment, requiring prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients.
