Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 5 AM - 1:30 PM with rotating Saturday mornings, 6 AM - 8 AM.

Asheville Comprehensive Treatment Center, part of Acadia Healthcare's network, is a leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the United States. Our dedicated counseling team offers compassionate and high-quality therapy to individuals seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality guidance during individual and group counseling sessions.
- Plan, manage, and document the recovery process for patients.
- Co-facilitate group or family therapy sessions as required.
- Ensure timely and clear documentation of patient care, treatment, and incidents.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments.
- Assess patient needs and determine if referrals to additional programs or facilities are necessary.
- Coordinate aftercare planning for assigned patients.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Perform case management duties to ensure personalized quality care.
- Act as a liaison between patients and referral sources when necessary.
Required Education and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; or
- Bachelor's degree in a social or health services field; or
- Master's degree in a social or health services field;
- Degree must be from an accredited institution with practicum experience for licensure.
- Prior experience in addiction recovery and/or medication-assisted treatment (MAT) settings.
- CADC-I, CADC, LCAS-A, LCAS, LCSW-A, LCSW
- Licensure or certification is mandatory for application.
