- Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service software.
- Experience in other refrigeration trades, such as rack refrigeration or restaurant refrigeration, is advantageous.
- Experience in assembling walk-in coolers and freezers.

Compensation: $35.00 per hour
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC or commercial refrigeration service.
- Knowledge of mechanical and energy codes, along with best repair practices.
- Effective and respectful communication skills.
- Ability to build trust with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- A strong desire to learn more about the trade and energy efficiency.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Good physical condition and capability to lift heavy equipment.
- Willingness to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
