Job Title: Rack Refrigeration Installer Pipefitter/Apprentice

Position Overview:

Watson Refrigeration is currently seeking dependable and skilled Pipe Fitters as well as Pipe Fitter Apprentices to join our team for a year-round career opportunity. As a Pipe Fitter, you will be responsible for planning, installing, and maintaining piping systems within industrial and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of projects and ensuring the efficient operation of piping systems.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Trade school education or apprenticeship.
  • Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and managerial skills.
  • Physical dexterity.
  • Independent ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems.
  • Technical training through apprenticeship, RSES, trade school, or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License/Clean Driving Record.
