Job Overview

Position: Inventory Control Specialist for Opening/Closing Shifts

Role Summary:
We are in search of a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to assist our Inventory Control team during both opening and closing shifts. This position requires adept problem-solving skills, efficient task prioritization, and precise inventory management. The role will report to the Inventory Control Opening Shift Lead and the Inventory Control Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately perform cycle count tasks.
  • Help address and resolve discrepancies in counts.
  • Field Inventory Control inquiries throughout the shift.
  • Investigate and rectify reconciliation discrepancies.
  • Support UPS/Will Call operations as necessary.
  • Provide assistance to the Receiving department when required.
  • Examine and process damaged merchandise.
  • Complete assigned projects as instructed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage.
  • Capability to physically manage materials within the warehouse.
  • Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Preferred).
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (Preferred).

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, Closing Shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)

Compensation:
Starting at $22/hour with potential increases up to $24/hour by 90 days through our evaluation program.
