With over 80 years of excellence in customer service and innovative cleaning products, Auto-Chlor System is looking for a committed Service and Sales Technician to enhance our operations.
Position Summary:
In this role, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our esteemed clients. Following an extensive training program, you will be assigned a designated route. Your responsibilities will include restocking products, conducting preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment, processing payments, and promoting our cleaning and disinfecting solutions. You will be provided with a company phone and will operate our service vehicles. Ongoing training will be available to ensure your success.
Benefits:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime and on-call responsibilities.
- Competitive Pay: Potential annual earnings ranging from $57,000 to $62,000, including a guaranteed hourly wage of $21, commission opportunities, and overtime compensation.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Access to medical, dental, and vision insurance starting 30 days after employment. Additional benefits include company-paid life insurance, long-term disability coverage, a pre-tax 401K plan, and a profit-sharing plan. Qualifications:
- Independent Work Skills: Ability to manage your assigned route effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
- Mechanical Skills: A natural aptitude for mechanical tasks, particularly in performing preventive maintenance on dishwashing equipment.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in light sales or upselling is advantageous, as you will be promoting our cleaning products.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- On-Call Availability: Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation every 8-12 weeks to ensure customer support.
