Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on hardware design and development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive electronics systems and design principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Altium, ORCAD, and Allegro/Mentor Graphics.
  • Experience with PCB layout design, SI, PDN, Thermal, EMI/EMC analysis, and quality product release.
  • Knowledge of functional safety analysis, DFMEA, DFA, FTA, and WCCA analysis.
  • Experience with DOOR tool and other design analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Experience in the automotive electronics industry, with a focus on hardware design and development.
