- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Altium, ORCAD, and Allegro/Mentor Graphics.
- Experience with PCB layout design, SI, PDN, Thermal, EMI/EMC analysis, and quality product release.
- Knowledge of functional safety analysis, DFMEA, DFA, FTA, and WCCA analysis.
- Experience with DOOR tool and other design analysis tools.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Experience in the automotive electronics industry, with a focus on hardware design and development.
