We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Scheduling Consultant to join our team at Socotec Advisory, LLC. As a key member of our project advisory team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules and managing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CPM schedules for construction projects
  • Analyze complex construction issues and manage change using schedule fragments
  • Develop and update Schedule Narratives to describe construction plans and key changes
  • Participate in client meetings and interface with construction personnel
  • Communicate schedule issues and potential impacts to clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to simplify complex scheduling issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction
  • Minimum 10 years of construction-related experience
  • At least 3 years of project planning, scheduling, and project controls experience
  • Excellence in implementation of CPM scheduling using Oracle Primavera P6
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • AACE certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) preferred
  • Experience with schedule analysis and presentation of TIAs preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction processes
  • Experience in construction operations as project manager or field superintendent preferred
