About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Distributed Systems Engineer to lead our product initiatives with the ImmutablyTM Platform and analytics spaces. As a leader within the development team, you will drive forward distributed ledger services, APIs, and related product capabilities. You will provide thought leadership, upskill less senior engineers, and contribute to defining strategic linkages across the company's products.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the Scrivener & Trust services engineering team as a technical authority.
  • Develop and maintain distributed ledger APIs and services for use within the ImmutablyTM Platform.
  • Collaborate with other development teams and the product owner to define and estimate business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into specific software tasks and lead hands-on software development of Scrivener and related projects.
  • Provide exemplary code, structure, design, etc. for the platform services team to use as guidelines.
  • Document designs, architecture, and code.
  • Conduct code reviews.
  • Head technical talks on a variety of issues.
  • Design and implement performant, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Collaborate as a member of an agile team to get products developed and completed with best-in-class software development.
  • Coach and mentor members of your team through technological and methodological challenges.
  • Coordinate across a distributed team spanning multiple time zones.

$170,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, is the estimated salary range for this position in Cambridge, MA.
