Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Customer Needs: Use your product knowledge and sales skills to determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Product/Supply Checklist: Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and up-sell additional products and supplies to meet their needs.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephones, enter sales orders, and accept payment to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse and reorder products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well-stocked.
  • Delivery and Installation: Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience in window sales and/or installation is required.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with quoting programs and product knowledge is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and prioritization skills are necessary to meet sales targets and customer needs.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required for sales order entry and inventory management.
