About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with a range of mental health conditions.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based treatments and interventions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of clinical psychology.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Full licensure and credentialing in Ohio.
  • Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents, with a focus on evidence-based treatments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
