Job Summary

Cleveland Clinic, a world-renowned academic medical center, is seeking highly skilled Pediatric Psychologists to join our team in the Center for Pediatric Behavioral Health. As a Pediatric Psychologist at Cleveland Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing high-quality care to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological care to children with a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and families.
  • Participate in program development and implementation, including the development of new services and programs to meet the needs of children and families.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, including psychologists and other mental health professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Doctorate in clinical, counseling, or school psychology, with APA-approved internship and licensure in Ohio.
  • At least one year of post-doctoral experience in a clinical child or pediatric psychology setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with children and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
