Position Title: Program Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time, 35 hours per week
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Coordinator collaborates closely with the Program Director to oversee all facets of the program, which includes strategizing, organizing, staffing, leading, and managing program initiatives. This role requires a strong ability to partner with various organizations, possess exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the training and management of program personnel, including part-time staff and interns, ensuring effective service delivery.
- Adhere to established program replication standards while maintaining fidelity to the program model.
- Engage with educational institutions to identify and recruit the target demographic.
- Gather and report necessary data as mandated by funding entities.
- Participate in all program-related meetings as required by funding sources.
WORK SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
- Full-time position, 35 hours per week.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Includes a 1-hour lunch break.
- Annual salary of $43,000.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of direct service experience with at-risk youth and youth programming is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with community resources.
- Experience in facilitating group activities.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Flexibility in scheduling may be required.
