Position Title: Program Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time, 35 hours per week


POSITION SUMMARY:

The Program Coordinator collaborates closely with the Program Director to oversee all facets of the program, which includes strategizing, organizing, staffing, leading, and managing program initiatives. This role requires a strong ability to partner with various organizations, possess exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the training and management of program personnel, including part-time staff and interns, ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Adhere to established program replication standards while maintaining fidelity to the program model.
  • Engage with educational institutions to identify and recruit the target demographic.
  • Gather and report necessary data as mandated by funding entities.
  • Participate in all program-related meetings as required by funding sources.

WORK SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
  • Full-time position, 35 hours per week.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Includes a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Annual salary of $43,000.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of direct service experience with at-risk youth and youth programming is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with community resources.
  • Experience in facilitating group activities.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility in scheduling may be required.
