We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to fill the role of Spotters/Camera Car Drivers. This position comes with competitive pay, health benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement, along with comprehensive on-the-job training. The compensation structure includes an hourly wage supplemented by bonuses, with an average annual income ranging from $55,000 to $65,000.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Spotter, your primary duties will include:
- Utilizing a company-provided vehicle to assist in the identification and recovery of vehicles, ensuring they are positioned for safe towing.
- Maintaining a low profile while accurately documenting vehicle locations, with a strong emphasis on detail and safety protocols.
- Collaborating effectively with fellow drivers and spotters, demonstrating leadership by managing navigation and technical tasks.
- Mentoring new spotters and identifying opportunities for workflow and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- A minimum age of 23 years due to insurance requirements.
- A military background is not required but is highly valued; we encourage disabled veterans to apply and offer preferred hiring status to veteran candidates.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- CARS certification (Certified Asset Recovery Specialist) is a plus.
