Youth Support Coordinator

Job Title: Clinician I
The estimated annual salary for this role is $58,500 - $75,570, based on experience. This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and deliver quality mental health care to youth and families in various settings.
- Create, implement, and evaluate individual treatment plans.
Therapeutic Intervention:
- Provide individual and group therapy, as well as family therapy.
- Collaborate with other informal supports, community, and mental health providers.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical assessments and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable governmental laws and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Educational and Licensure Requirements: Master's degree and relevant licensure required.
Other Requirements: Unrestricted, valid NYS driver's license for minimum of 1 year with a clean driving record and minimum insurance coverage that meets agency standards. Ability and willingness to travel. CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire.

Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction
This position requires the ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends. The physical demands of the job include occasional sitting, standing, walking, driving, balancing, bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching forward or down, reaching overhead, running, and twisting. Weekly lifting up to 50 lbs. and carrying up to 55 lbs. is also required. Manual dexterity and continuous use of fine manipulation skills are necessary. Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, gases, or chemicals may be present. Protective clothing or equipment is required, including close-toed shoes, protective shields, universal precaution PPE, and gloves for toileting and food preparation. Ability to change positions as needed is essential.
