Executive Relations Director

Career Opportunity: This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team.

Location: Hybrid

Classification: The in-office time requirements are estimated at 50% – 75%, depending on current activities and events.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $90,000- $100,000 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

Position Summary

The Executive Relations Director is a dynamic position that serves as an essential strategic and operational partner. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and proactively provide support with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and leverage the CEO's time effectively, driving and executing strategic calendaring; handle detailed meeting coordination, schedule, and maintain all calendar items with the primary objective of optimizing the CEO's time.
  • Attend meetings and events alongside or in the representation of the CEO, ensuring timely follow-up on all action items.
  • Draft communications as needed, such as email, reports, and other documents.
  • Arrange detailed domestic travel, including flights, hotels, and related logistics.
  • Manage relations with Board Members, acting as a liaison for the CEO.
  • Facilitate adherence to organizational policies and procedures for Board-related activities.
  • Prepare and contribute to strategic briefings, presentations, talking points, and other materials for the CEO in relation to Board agenda items.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
  • 6-8 years of professional experience in administrative support role with a strong focus on organizational support, communication, and planning.
  • Proven track record in supporting executive leadership, fostering strong relationships, spearheading initiatives, and implementing strategic visions.
