Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $23.00 to $28.00, based on experience and skills, along with opportunities for performance-based raises.

- Training provided to meet the requirements for becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Mentorship programs available for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and encourage language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a playful, engaging manner to boost motivation and positive performance.
- Execute personalized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Document objective daily data to track client progress towards established goals.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Negative TB test result.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds and quickly get up and down from the floor.
- Relevant coursework in psychology, child development, or social work is advantageous.
- Clear background check required.

Salary: $25.00 per hour.
